Metta Meals is led by a strong-willed, passionate couple driven by their intent to contribute and share. Rashminder Hargis is the dreamer and planner who brings an essence to the business. Mark Hargis is the keen eyed quality freak and highly organized manager who brings the needed momentum and structure to the business. Communication, synergy, shared values and exceptional level of personal integrity is what fuels their efforts and they enjoy the process of refining their potential and executing it towards creating holistic abundance.

 

Rashminder Hargis
She is the founder and the cook at Metta Meals. Rashminder has worked as a freelance designer and content writer for over a decade and also worked at a Franchise and Business Consulting company for 5+ years. Besides that, she frequently did volunteer work for few non-profits in India. And later she became a Holistic Healer and lead workshops for 7+ years. She has a passion for good food and finds joy and peace in serving the society. She has been cooking since the age of 10 and loves to cook for friends, family and share it with everyone around.

Key skills: Organized, self-driven and has good amount of tenacity in her nerves to survive challenging situations and find solutions. Very community focused.


Mark Hargis
He is an artist and creative spirit with a keen observation and foresight. He understands human psychology and has wonderful insight for improving efficiency and paying attention to details. He helps us bring everything together by giving critical feedback and lending a help wherever needed. He offers strategic input for every major decision and also helps us refine our marketing and PR.
